Information this site collects

Dear Passengers Guide does not ask you to create an account, submit a form, or join a mailing list. If you email the guide, you voluntarily provide your email address and anything included in your message. The site measures page views and clicks on wishlist, Steam, trailer, and guide links. It has no forms and does not send names, email addresses, or free-text messages to analytics.

Contact email

Messages sent to support@dearpassengers.org are used only to answer questions about this guide and handle factual corrections, broken links, accessibility reports, or media concerns. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards each message to the site operator's verified mailbox. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting correction record, then deleted when it is no longer needed. You may use the same address to request deletion of your message.

Analytics measurement

This site loads Google Analytics 4 when a page opens, using property G-21B9G37J8F. Analytics storage is enabled for traffic measurement, while advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization remain disabled. Google may process browser and device details, approximate location, visited pages, and the interactions listed above under its own policies.

The site also loads Plausible from plausible-ly-005.pages.dev to measure aggregate page views, engagement, outbound-link clicks, and file downloads. The configured Plausible script does not set an analytics identifier cookie, and this site does not send names, email addresses, or message content to it.

Hosting logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals. This site does not receive a visitor profile or use those logs for advertising.

Cookies and browser controls

Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga to distinguish browsers and sessions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, block analytics scripts with a content-control tool, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

YouTube trailer

The homepage embeds the official trailer from YouTube using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain. Loading or playing that embed sends a request to Google or YouTube, which may process device and request information under its own policies. You can block third-party media with browser content controls or avoid opening the trailer.

Links to Steam, YouTube, and other external services leave this site. Those services have their own cookie and privacy practices. The use of an external link does not mean this guide controls or endorses the destination's data practices.

Children

This site is a general game information resource and does not ask children—or anyone else—to create an account or submit a form. Anyone who chooses to email the guide should avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Changes to this policy

If advertising, forms, or another data-processing feature is added later, this policy will be updated before or when that feature is enabled. The effective date above will change with the policy.
